You know what to do, but you may not consistently execute your plan. There is a way to follow through, stay disciplined and maintain momentum across key areas of life.
We understand that despite your best efforts, you may not be seeing meaningful progress, but with a clear results-driven system through greater productivity, you can achieve growth, income, health, confidence, or impact. It can be a struggle to juggle too much, but without someone to check in, provide a gentle push with structured direction, you may continue to drift towards comfort rather than growth.
We know you need someone in your corner, and we are here to challenge you, help you think differently and keep you on track.
Our results coaching, weight management coaching and trading psychology coaching allows for dynamic, focused, immersive and interactive learning experiences. It is designed through collaboration and research, and encompasses a transformative process to help individuals enhance their personal and professional lives and have meaningful results.
Our services include one-on-one and group sessions, along with our challenges, mentorships, consultations, workshops, and retreats, all built on our philosophy of providing a Timely, Holistic, Experience of Nurture (THEN). Only you know when you will be ready to start receiving care, so the first step or decision will always be Timely. Our services recognizes you, the individual, the whole person and support your journey towards Holistic wellness by providing opportunities to better understand your very personal Experience of Nurture.
The THEN philosophy is delivered through our flagship service, THEN Wellness by Dr. Richard and our community of certified personal development, life and wellness coaches, and professionals and practitioners in the health and wellness industry.

The THEN Wellness Centre and our certified and professional partners serves clients in-person from the Ottawa-Gatineau and surrounding areas and looks forward to welcoming all to our practice located in Canada’s Capital region.
In addition to our in-person service, we also offer guidance and support online to local, national, and global clients through virtual coaching, mentorships, consultations, workshops, and webinars.
To fully give clients the THEN Wellness philosophy, our local walks, hikes, and activities are complimented by our frequent national and global retreats to allow for a true nurturing experience in a supportive community and a new environment – See our Events page for the next activity!
